Things to see
The Upper Hunter Conservatorium and the regional art gallery host regular exhibitions and performances, and there's a well-kept aquatic centre that's a good call on a hot afternoon with kids.
Transport
Muswellbrook has the nearest railway station with services down the Hunter line to Newcastle, plus the region's hospital and larger medical services.
